Abstract

Abstract

To study the relationship of serum HBVDNA levels and the expression of HBV antigen and the inflammation grade in liver tissues in the patients with chronic hepatitis B.The serum HBVDNA levels and liver biopsy pathological examination and HBsAg and HBcAg immunohistochemistry were performed in 113 cases patients with hepatitis B.The results indicted: there were obviously correlation between serum HBVDNA levels and the expression of HBV antigen in liver tissues, but no correlation between the serum HBVDNA levels and the liver inflammation grades.The correlation of liver inflammation grades and the expression of HBcAg were observed, but not the expression of HBsAg.
