To study on the relationship between the liver function and contents of serum HBVDNA and hepatic pathology in patiens with chronic hepatitis B.207 cases patiens with chronic hepatitis B collected by randam sampling method.Deteor their ALT and the HBVDNA in the serum and examined the liver tissue with pathological methods.Followed by the elevation of ALT and HBVDNA in the serum the liver tissnes inflammation actirity and fibrosis was obviously elevated.The result showed that the ALT in serum and the contents of HBVDNA in serum was correlated with the liver Inflammation activity and fibrosis of the patients with chronic hepatitis B (P<0.01) .
