慢性乙型肝炎患者血清IL-10与HBVDNA复制水平检测及临床意义

    Abstract
  • To understand the impacts of interleukin 10 (IL-10) in serums from patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB) on the persistent infection of hepatitis B virus (HBV) . The levls of HBVDNA and IL-10 in serums from 77 patients with CHB and 10 normal controls were measured by real time quantitive PCR and ELISA method. The levels of IL-10 in serums was greater in patients with CHB than in controls (P<0.01) . Patients with seropositive for HBV DNA had higher levels of IL-10 in serums than patients with seronegative for HBVDNA. But the levels of IL-10 were higher in chronic hepatitis B patients with ALT abnormal than in patients with ALT normal. IL-10 may have an important role in persistent infection of HBV in patient with CHB.
