Objective Discuss the relevance among HBV DNA in serum, in liver tissue and hepatitis indexes of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods choose 51 patients with chronic hepatitis B randomly, then take blood out to have HBV DNA examination and puncture the liver tissue, have HBV DNA of liver tissue detect and histology detect separately.Results HBV DNA positive of blood is apparently higher than it in serum, HBV DNA content in liver tissue is apparently higher than it in blood.Conclusions There is no significant difference and relevance between hepatitis B patients and the serious degree of hepatitis, it can not show the infection of difference between HBV DNA of liver tissue and the serious degree of hepatitis, the relationship of the two is opposite relevance.
