To investigate the serum levels of IL-12、IFNγ, quantitative HBV DNA, HBVM, and their sense in children with chronic hepatis B (CHB) .The serum IL-12、 IFNγ and HBVM, HBV DNA of 46 CHB patients were measured by specific-ELISA and PCR respectively 30 healthy children were employed as the control.The serum levels of IL-12、 IFNγ in HBeAg negative CHB were higher than those in HBeAg positive CHB patients (P<0.05) .The serum levels of IL-12、 IFNγ of high virus load group were significantly higher than those in the control (P<0.01) .IL-12 and IFNγ of children with CHB closely correlate with the HBeAg and HBV DNA.
