慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血淋巴细胞凋亡与HBVDNA及Th1/Th2类细胞因子的关系

To research the realationship among activation-induced cell apoptosis of peripheral blood lymphocytes with the level of HBVDNA in the serum and Th1/Th2-type cytokins production in chronic hepatitis B virus infection patients. PBMC of 25 chronic hepatitis B virus infection patients and 10 healthy people are separated and cultivated with PHA. The activation-induced cell apoptosis of the patients with hepatitis B was measured with flow cytometer. the productions of IFN-γ、IL-4、IL-10 were examined by ELISA. Compared with the controls, activation-induced cell apoptosis is increased significantly in chronic hepatitis B virus infection patients, with the development of the level of HBVDNA, the level of activation-induced cell apoptosis is increased obviously, the production of IL-4 has a positive effect to AICD. AICD plays an important role in the persistence of chronic hepatitis B virus infection patients, The level of HBVDNA and IL-4 have a positive effect on activation-induced cell apoptosis of peripheral blood mononuclear cells.
