小儿乙型肝炎病毒复制水平的变化分析

    Abstract
  • To investigate the change of HBV DNA in children with hepatitis B.HBVM and HBV DNA were detected by microparticle enzyme immunoassay (MEIA) and PCR respectively.The level of HBeAg and HBV DNA were correlated strongly (P<0.005) , but there were no relationshinp between HBsAg and HBV DNA, ALT and HBV DNA (P>0.05) .The level of HBV DNA was the lowest in severe degree patients among that chronic hepatitis B.Quantitative detection of HBVM and HBV DNA can evaluate exactly the reproduction of HBV in the children with hepatitis B.They are most powerful predictor in defining disease progression and following response to therapy in HBV infection.
