非酒精性脂肪肝患者血清瘦素水平检测的临床意义

To study the clinical significance of serum leptin levels in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver.The serum leptin, insulin levels in 30 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver.The serum leptin, insulin levels in 30 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver and 30 normal controls were determined by means of radioimmnuoassay.We found that the serum leptin, insulin levels in 30 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver (23.7±13.1μg/ml, 16.7±4.9μg/ml) were higher than those of controls (4.7±3.2μg/ml, 9.7±2.6μg/ml) , P<0.001.The serum leptin levels in women patient were higher than those in man patients in the two groups.Leptin resistance and insulin resistance exist in the patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver.Early detection of serum leptin levels provide a possible way for early intervention of nonalcoholic fatty liver.
