肝炎患者血清中瘦素测定的临床价值探讨

To observe the relationship between the concentration of leptin and viral hepatitis.In a period of time, 162 cases with several kinds of viral hepatitis and 78 cases of normal control have been detected and analyzed for the concentration of leptin using competitive ELISA.The results showed that the concentration of leptin in serum from the patients with viral hepatitis was 15.66±3.16ng/L which was highly distinct from that of the normal control (6.46±3.18ng/L) (P<0.01) .The level of the leptin was associated with the course of the disease, and increasd with the progressing of disease.The dynamic study of the concentration of leptin of 42 patients showed that there was a statistic distinction in the cases of pre-cure comparing with that of after-cure (P<0.01) .So the concentration of leptin might be a candidate index for evaluating the progresses of viral hepatitis patients.
