瘦素与急性胰腺炎的相关性研究

    Abstract
  • Objective To detect serum levels of leptin and TNF-α and evaluate its clinical significance in acute pancreatitis (AP) and BMI (body mass index) .Methods The serum leptin level and TNF-α were detected by RIA in a total of 20 AP patients.37 obese persons were included in the study as a control group.Results Serum leptin level was significantly higher in AP patients than the control group (p<0.05) .No correlation was observed between the serum level of leptin, TNF-α and BMI in AP patients (p>0.05) and a positive correlation was observed in the control group (p<0.05) .Conclusion Leptin is one of the biological indicators, which has protective effect on AP.Leptin in AP is probably derived from the inflamed pancreas.
