贝飞达对肝硬化患者血浆内毒素及TNF-α的影响

    Abstract
  • To discuss Influence to seru m endotoxin and TNF-α in cirrhosis patients with beifeida therapy.92 patients w ith cirrhosis were enrolled in present study and divided into treated and contro l group and treated by beifeida and peifeikang separately.Serum endotoxin was de termined by azo-matrix color reaction;and TNF-α by ELISA.①The level of serum e ndotoxin and TNF-α were descended in two groups.②The level of serum endotoxin and TNF-α was descended greatly compared to control group.The curative effect o f beifeida was excel to peifeikang and should use alive bacterium preparation in therapy of cirrhosis patients as faras posible.
