瘦素与酒精性肝病肝纤维化的关系

To study the role of leptin in liver fibrosis formation in ALD patients. Serum leptin was detected by ELISA in 60 patients with ALD (Alcoholic fatty liver AFL n=14, Alcoholic hepatitis AH n=28, Alcoholic cirrhosis ALC n=18) . 16 healthy persons serves as normal control (NC) . Serum liver fibrosis markers (HA, LN, PCⅢ) and TGF β 1 were determined at the same time. we observed: 1) Serum leptin levels in patients with ALD were higher than that in NC (P<0.05/0.01) and increased successively in AFL, AH, ALC. 2) Serum leptin was correlated with serum levels of HA, LN, PCⅢ and TGFβ 1 positively (P<0.05/0.01) in patients with AH and ALC, also serum leptin levels were related remarkably with the liver fibrosis stage. The results indicated that Leptin is as one crucial profibrogenic factor in the fibrosis formation of ALD patients.
