To observe the clinical efficacy of GSH on the treatment of alcoholic liver diseases. 73 patients with alcoholic liver diseases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group: 38 patients were treated with GSH, and 35 patients were treated with Danshen once daily by intravenous drip for 30 days. They were significantly different compared with control group (P<0.05) , The decrease of ALT、AST and GGT、TBil、TBA were more significant after treatment in the treatment group than that in the control group. The recovery rate of ALT、AST and GGT、TBil、TBA in the treatment group were significantly higher than that in the control group. The results show that GSH in an effective and safe agent for treatment of alcoholic liver diseases.
