胆囊癌组织中树突状细胞与PCNA表达及意义

To evaluate the dentritic cell infiltration and PCNA expression and their signifcances in gallbladder carcinoma.46 cases of gallbladder carcinoma were examined by immunohistochemical method to detect the infiltration of S-100 protein-postive dentritic cells and PCNA expression.The positive expression rates of DC and PCNA were 52 2% and 69 6% in gallbladder carcinoma respectively.DC infiltration was negatively correlated with invasion and lymph node metastasis.The expression of PCNA was positively correlated with invasion and lymph node metastasis.There was negative correlation between the degree of DC infiltration and PCNA expression.The results suggested that DC infiltration and PCNA expression may play an important role invasion and lymph node matastasis in gallbladder carcinoma.
