WT5”BZ]To study the relationship of expression of CD15 antigen and bcl 2 oncogene with histological type, pathological grade and metastasis Microwave LSAB immunohistochemical technique was used to investigate the expression of CD15 and bcl 2 in 45 gallbladder carcinoma and 17 gallbladder adenoma and 10 chromic cholecystis The positive rate of CD15 and bcl 2 was 71 1% and 60 0%, which was positively correlated to the histologicaltypl, pathological grade and metastasis of carcinomas (P<0 05) and higber than that in gallbladder adenoma respeltively Expression of CD15 was significantly correlated with the expression of bcl 2 CD15 and bcl 2 might be important biologic markers to evaluate the malignancy and prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma There might be some extent coordinated regulation among them [WT5”HZ]
