胆囊肿瘤组织中CD44v6和C-erbB-2的表达及相关性研究

To study the relationship of expression of CD44v6 and C-erbB-2 oncogene with histological type, pathological grading and metastasis.Catalyzed signal amplification immunohistochemical technique was used to investigate the expression of CD44v6 and C-erbB-2 in 50 cases with gallbladder carcinoma and 20cases with gallbladder adenoma and 10 cases with chronic cholecystitis.The positive rate of CD44v6 and C-erbB-2 was 82 0% and 66 0% respectively, which was closely correlated to the histological type, pathological grading and metastasis of gallbladder carcinoma (P<0 05) .The expression of both CD44v6 and C-erbB-2 in gallbladder carcinoma were higher than that in gallbladder adenoma. The expression of CD44v6 was significantly correlated to the expression of C-erbB-2 (P<0 05) .CD44v6 and C-erbB-2 might be the important biologic markers to evaluate the malignancy and prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma.There might be coordinate regulation among them.
