小儿慢性乙型肝炎70例临床特征分析

To summarize the clinical fe ature in children with chronic hepatitis B (CHB) .A retrospective study was made on route of infection, symptom, physical sign, liver function, serum hepatitis B vir us marker (HBVM) of 70 children with CHB.Anorexia in the children appeared more often than in adult with CHB.Hepatomegaly in the children was more common than i n the adult.The serum ALT and TBil went up rightly in most of the children.ALT e xceeded less than 400U/L and the serum TBil exceeded less than 85.5μmol/L.In m ost of the children the serum ALB was normal or fell lightly.Less children had l ower ALB than 32g/L.The HBsAg (+) /HBeAg (+) /anti-HBc (+) /HBV DNA (+) was more common in the children.The HBsAg (+) /anti-HBe (+) /anti-HBc (+) /HBV DNA (+) was less common i n t he children than in the adult.In the children with CHB the clinical symptom, phys ical sign and liver damage is mild, the positive indexes of HBV replication are c ommon, precore mutation appear less often.
