拉米夫定对慢性乙肝患者T细胞亚群影响的研究

  • To study the influence of lamivuding to T-Lymphocyte-subsetes of chronic hepatitis B, 40 cases of the hepatitis B were treated with lamiyudine.The results showed that the recovery rate of ALT and the negative conversion of HBVDNA were 92.5% and 85% in the study group, they were significantly higher than those in normal controls (p<0.05) . CD 4 +, the ratios of CD 4 +/ CD 8 + rose obviously and CD 8 +descended obviously in the study group.There was no change in normal controls (p<0.05) .The results indicated that lamivudine was efficatious for chronic hepatitis B, lamivudine could improve the immunologic function of patients with chronic hepatitis B, the negative conversion of HBVDNA were higher in the patients with better immunologic function.
