Objective To study on the effects of alleles polymorphisms of HLA-A on the state of prognosis of chronic hepatitis B.Methods Subjects were the patients with chronic hepatitis B, liver cirrhosis, chronic severe hepatitis B and healthy controls from Guangxi province.The Polymerase Chain Reaction-Sequence Specific Primer (PCR-SSP) technique was adopted to investigate the alleles polymorphisms of HLA-A.Results There was no significant difference among the four groups in frequency of HLA-A31, HLA-A02, HLA-A11.Conclusion It might be no suggested that the alleles of HLA-A31, HLA-A02, HLA-A11 have effects on the development of chronic hepatitis B, liver cirrhosis, chronic severe hepatitis B.
