The treatment status of hepatogenous diabetes

  • Diabetes developed as a complication of liver diseases is known as hepatogenous diabetes (HD) , and it may be considered as a marker for liver function deterioration.Because of high incidence of hepatitis and cirrhosis, there are many patients with HD.In clinical work, we should treat the original disease (liver disease) following up with the treatment for control blood sugar.
