Abstract

Abstract

To study the relationship between inflammation activity in the liver tissues and expression of HBcAg in the patients with chronic hepatitis B.102 cases with chronic hepatitis B were collected randomly.Inflammation activity of liver tissues and HBcAg were analyzed with pathological methods and immunochemistry separately.The positive rate of every HBcAg subtype in groups with different grade of inflammation activity of liver tissue was different from each other.It showed that the positive rate of diversified subtype of HBcAg were correlated with inflammation activity in liver tissues of the patients with chronic hepatitis B (P<0.05) .
