抑癌基因PTEN及p53在肝细胞肝癌中表达的免疫组化研究

To investigate the expression of the protein of tumor suppressor gene PTEN, p53 in hepatocellular and its clinicopathology.Paraffin embedded tissues from hepatocellular carcinoma 41case and their adjoining tissue were analysed for PTEN, p53 protein expression by immunohistochemical method.Adjoining tissues of 41 carcinoma were all positive for PTEN protein.In the 41 hepatocellular carcinoma, 39% were positive for PTEN protein.The positive signals were seen in the cytoplasm 51% were positive for p53 protein.There was a significant difference between the pattern of expression of PTEN protein in well differentiated carcinoma (73%PTEN positive) and poorly differentiated carcinoma (27% PTEN positive) .There was a higher incidence of negative expression of PTEN protein in hepatocellular carcinoma, which indicates that PTEN gene inactivation may play an important role in the genesis and development of some hepatocellular carcinoma.PTEN protein positive may be feature for favorable prognosis in the patient with hepatocellular carcinoma.
