热休克蛋白gp96在慢性乙型肝炎组织中的检测及其意义

Gp96 was detected in chronic hepatitis B to identify the relationship between gp96 expression and development of hepatitis B and its role in anti-hepatitis B virus. Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded biopsy liver tissues taken from 77 chronic hepatitis B were tested for gp96 expression by immunohistochemistry, 16 normal liver tissues as control. The mean positive liver cell rates of gp96 were 0.53% and 15.94% in cells of normal liver and chronic hepatitis B. It was significantly higher in chronic hepatitis B than in normal liver. The mean positive liver cell rates were 6.1%, 21.4% and 29.2% in the mild, moderate and severe chronic hepatitis B (P<0.05) , respectively, There were significantly deference among the above groups, suggesting that the expression degree of gp96 was accompanied with the inflammation grade of chronic hepatitis B. The expression of gp96 in live tissues of chronic hepatitis was gradually elevated along with the degree of inflammation, which suggested that gp96 might be responsible to the anti-hepatitis B virus.
