非活动性HBsAg携带者临床病理分析

Objective To analyse clinical and pathology character of non-active hepatitis B s antigen carriers.Methods Biochemical indices, virus marker and viral load were mensurated in 80 cases non-active hepatitis B s antigen carriers.Correlation analysis was performed with pathological grading and staging.Results Only 1 cases liver tissues were basically normal under microscope, 48 cases mild damage, 10 cases moderate damage, 9 cases severe damage and 12 cases active liver cirrhosis was respectively diagnosed by pathology.However liver fibrosis staging in hepatitis B e antibody (HBeAb) -negative group were more advanced than that in HBeAb-postive group, the proportion above S3 was sixty percent in HBeAb-negative were more advanced than that in HBeAb-postive group, the proportion above S3 was sixty percent in HBeAb-negative group and twenty six percent in HBeAb-postive group, but inflammation grading has no correlation with HBeAb level.Platelet and cholinesterase have assistant value to diagnose compensated liver cirrhosis.Conclusion Liver biopsy and pathological examination should be carried out in non-active hepatitis B s antigen carries.
