慢性乙型肝炎血浆内毒素与肝纤维化指标及肝脏病理的关系

To study the relationship of plasma endotoxin levels and hepatic indexes and hepatic pathology.To confirm the relationship between ET and hepatic fibrosis indexes.Plasma ehdotoxin level was measured by using chromogenic limulusamebocyte lysate (LAL) assay, hepatic fibrosis indexes with radioimmunoassay (RIA) , in 75 patients with chronic liver disease from june 2002 to July 2003.Hepatic biopsy was performed for 20 patients.The normal control 15 were measured at the same time. There was a positive correlation in ET and hepatic fibrosis indexes.There was a positive correlation in ET and hepatic fibrosis indexes.There was a positive correlation between pathology grade and stagine and ET and hepatic fibrosis indexes.We can draw conclutions that the plasma ET and hepatic fibrosis indexes are objective evidences in the impairment of hepatic pathology.Endotoxemia plays an important role in the course of hepatie fibrosis and its development.
