海南地区原发性肝癌与HBV感染关系的探讨

    Abstract
  • To explore the correlation between primary hepatic carcinoma (HCC) and HBV infection, we retrospectively analyzed HBV sero-markers in 771 patients with HCC and 794 patients with other malignant digestive tracts tumours. The results showed the positive rate of HBVM was 94.16% in HCC group (726/771) while 17.38% in other malignant digestive tracts tumours (138/794) (P<0.01) . In HBVM modes. mode HBsAg +, HBeAb +, HBcAb + was 67.06% (517/771) which is main mode in HCC group and 13.48% (107/794) in non HCC group. HBV DNA positive rate in mode HBsAg +, HBeAb +, HBcAb + is significantly higher than those in other modes. The results suggested that there is closely correlation between HCC and HBV infection. The integration of HBV DNA into the host liver cells and different HBV genotypes may be important factors in the pathogenesis of HCC.
