Double gallbladder malformation: A case report

摘要:
<正>双胆囊畸形是临床上非常罕见的一种先天性胆道异常疾病,最早在1926年由Boyden医生[1]报道,发生率约为1/4000。该解剖变异发生于胚胎的第4周,正常情况下肝憩室分为头、尾两支后逐渐分化为胆道各系统结构,若肝憩室分出两个尾支,则形成副胆囊,导致双胆囊畸形。现报告1例双胆囊畸形,并结合相关文献对其临床特点、解剖分型、诊断方法及治疗进行系统回顾。1病例资料
