<正>1病例资料患者男性,18岁,2013年5月于青海大学附属医院诊断为肝泡型包虫病,诊断后择期行"自体肝移植术"(手术前后全腹CT见图1、2)。术后口服阿苯达唑,1片/次,2次/d,半年后停药。期间患者无明显不适症状。2015年8月患者无意间发现右侧胸壁上部有一球形肿物,遂前往青海大学附属医院复查,行全腹CT示右侧胸腔及胸壁包块,请北京三〇一医院会诊后,
