A case of pseudomyxoma peritonei and literature review

<正>1病例资料患者男性,63岁,因"进行性腹胀半年,食欲减低、四肢消瘦1个月,加重1周"入本院。既往有"结核性胸膜炎"病史31年,应用异烟肼、利福平、吡嗪酰胺、乙胺丁醇等药物系统规律抗结核治疗1年后治愈。5年前于当地医院诊断为"急性心肌梗死",给予溶栓治疗(具体药物不详),平素无心前区疼痛。12年前因"阑尾囊肿"行阑尾切除。吸烟史20余年,20支/d。饮酒史30余年,2~3次/月,折合酒精100~200 g/次。查体:慢性面容,四肢消瘦,轻度贫血貌,腹部膨
