<正>1病例资料患者男性,68岁。2005年7月因出现"呕吐暗红色液体、解柏油样便各1次",在外院查腹部超声"肝硬化,脾大";胃镜"食管胃底静脉曲张,门静脉高压性胃病,十二指肠炎";乙型肝炎五项"HBs Ag阳性,抗-HBe阳性,抗-HBc阳性";肝功能异常,血小板（PLT）偏低,排除其他病因后诊断为"乙型肝炎肝硬化,脾亢,食管胃底静脉曲张出血",对症治疗后病情好
