  • 摘要: 肝细胞癌(HCC)的发生与炎症纤维化的癌前微环境密切相关。活化的肝星状细胞(HSC)是肝纤维化发生时基质的主要来源,也是肝脏炎症反应主要的效应细胞。HSC具有完整的Toll样受体(TLR)4信号途径,介导HSC的重要生物学特性,如纤维化发生、炎症表型和免疫调节功能。TLR4信号转导通路参与慢性肝脏疾病的发生和进展,介导肝纤维化和HCC的发生。HSC通过TLR4信号途径产生趋化因子和生长因子也被证实与癌症发生有关。
