A novel approach for treating hepatocellular carcinoma: epigenetic therapy

  • 摘要: 最近,研究显示肝细胞癌(HCC)的病理生理过程涉及DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、microRNA等表观遗传的改变。介绍了HCC表观遗传机制的一般特征以及HCC的表观遗传治疗进展。认为表观遗传治疗在HCC治疗中具有很好的应用前景,但距离临床应用还有很长的一段路要走。
