抗双链DNA抗体阳性肝功能异常患者临床及生化特征

Abstract

Abstract

Objective To study the clinical and laboratory features of liver dysfunctional patients with antibodies to double-stranded DNA.Methods From July 2005-July 2006, 884 serum samples from patients with abnormal liver function were collected.Antibodies to double-stranded DNA were detected.Results Among the 884 serum samples, 16 (1.81%) cases with positive anti-dsDNA were found including 14 females and 2 males.The average age was (48.94±17.57) years old (range from 9 to 69 years old) .Of 16 caes, 8 cases (50%) were diagnosed liver cirrhosis, 2cases were diagnosed subacute serious hepatitis and 1case was acute serious hepatitis.The average ALT was (433.91±405.86) U/L, The average AST was (535.05±513.92) U/L.The average TBil was (182.46±149.11) umol/L, The average DBil was (118.33±103.97) umol/L.The average IgG was (23.48±13.26) g/L.16 cases were all positive ANA and associate multi-auto antibodies.Conclusion The AIH frequency is very high in the abnormal liver function with anti-dsDNA, and stage of anti-dsDNA positive patients with liver dysfunction are generally serious.The patients should be paid more attention by medical staffs.
