自身免疫性肝炎自身抗体检测情况的临床观察

    Abstract
  • To study the type and subtype of autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) and the non-typing antibodies in the subtype in china. 81 patients whose final diagnosised AIH was determinatied serum autoantibody by immunofluorescence or euroassay and analyzed by SPSS10.0 and SAS6.12. In china, AIH was almost 1a subtypes, type3 of AIH was not observed, in this study in 1a subtype, the frequency of SMA and CS is higher than ACA?RNP/Sm and SSB antibody, the frequency of SMA is also higher than SSA?Jo-1?dsDNA. SMA and CS is the major autoantibody in 1a subtype AIH except the markble antibody ANA.
