血清白细胞介素12及肿瘤坏死因子在病毒性肝炎发病过程中的作用研究

  • Objective To study the clinical significance of serum interleukin-12 (IL-12) and Tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in patients with viral hepatitis.Methods The leve of IL-12 and TNF mas measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in 64 patients with viral hepatitis and 20 healthy adults subject as controls.Results The level of IL-12 and TNF was significantly higher in patients with viral hepatitis than those in healthy controls.The variations of the serum IL-12 and TNF was closely associated with the clinical types of viral iepatitis (P<0.01) .In convalescence.The serum IL-12 leve was normal (P>0.05) , The serum TNF level was normal in AH (P>0.05) and was higher than normal in CH and in 4 cases of SH (P<0.05) .The serum IL-12 and TNF leve was positively correlated with serum TBILI and ALT levels.Conclusions IL-12 and TNF participates in the activity process of viral hepatitis, to measure the levels of serum IL-12 and TNF in early stage may reflect the severity of viral hepatitis and be helpful to prognosticating the disease and guiding in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
