肝右静脉多普勒波形及门静脉右支血流速度诊断脂肪肝的临床价值

To investigate the diagnosti c value of measuring blood velocity in right branch of portal vein and Doppler s onographic waveforms in right hepatic vein by CDFI on Fatty Liver Disease.We obs erved 280 patients with fatty liver disease with Two-dimensional echocardiograph y, and measured the blood velocity of right branch of portal vein in those patien ts.We performed color Doppler sonographic of the right hepatic vein in the patie nts with fatty liver.It was compared with 45 control subjects.The blood velocity of right branch of portal vein was marked lower than that of normal subjects, a significant difference was noted between the blood velocity of the patients with fatty liver disease and control group (P<0.05) .The waveforms of the hepat ic veins in the patients with fatty liver were categorized as three types, and 21 3 cases of abnormal waveforms occupied 76% (213/280) .while compared with 45 cases of normal subjects, there was significant difference (P<0.05) in Doppler s onographic wavforms in right hepatic vein between the two groups.The variance of blood velocioty of portal vein and abnormal waveforms in the right hepatic vein may be useful for the diagnosis of early fatty liver disease, and especially hel pful to the prognostic judgement of fatty liver disease.
