Research advances in the risk factors for infection after liver transplantation

  • 摘要: 随着外科技术的不断发展,肝移植术已趋于成熟,但术后感染依然是肝移植手术失败的主要原因之一。研究者们通过对术后感染相关危险因素的不断探索发现,除既往报道的危险因素外,一些尚未被发现和重视的危险因素也应当予以关注。从供体相关因素、受体相关因素及其他因素等方面,结合新近文献进展对肝移植术后感染相关危险因素作一总结,拟为临床上有效防治肝移植术后感染提供理论依据。
