Adjuvant therapies after surgery for hepatocellular carcinoma with microvascular invasion

  • 摘要: 肝细胞癌(HCC)术后的高复发率不容忽视,有关HCC术后的辅助治疗在国际上尚无统一的共识意见或指南推荐。现有研究表明微血管侵犯是HCC术后复发的高危因素之一,对于伴有微血管侵犯的HCC患者,术后适时的辅助治疗可能会推迟复发时间,使患者获益。现阶段通过辅助治疗预防HCC术后复发及延长生存期日益受到关注。就近年来HCC微血管侵犯术后辅助治疗的研究进展进行综述,以期对伴有微血管侵犯的HCC术后患者的辅助治疗提供参考和帮助。
