Research advances in the role of myeloid-derived suppressor cells in liver diseases

  • 摘要:

    近年来,越来越多的研究表明骨髓来源抑制性细胞(MDSC)参与了多种慢性肝病的发生发展,包括慢性病毒性肝炎、酒精性肝病、非酒精性脂肪性肝病、自身免疫性肝病、肝癌等。作为一种来源于骨髓祖细胞和未成熟髓系细胞的细胞群体,MDSC通过调节炎症反应、免疫细胞的分化及功能等在肝病的形成、进展和修复中起着关键作用。现就MDSC与肝脏各类型疾病之间联系的研究进展作一综述,以期为临床诊断、预后或治疗各类慢性肝病提供新思路。
