<正>1病例资料病例1:患者女性,59岁,主诉"反复呕血伴黑便2年余,再发1 d"。2年前（2017年12月）无明显诱因下出现呕血黑便就诊于本院,入院后胃镜检查提示食管胃底静脉曲张（GOV2型,中重度[1]）,红色征阳性（图1a、b）,根据实验室检查及影像学资料诊断为肝硬化失代偿期、原发性胆汁性肝硬化,后分别于2018年1月4日及2018年2月7日在本院行内镜下硬化剂联合组织胶治疗,同时口服普萘洛尔预防再出血。
