Value of peripheral blood long non-coding RNA-LET in the diagnosis of chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis

  • 摘要:

    目的探讨分析外周血长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)-LET对慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)肝硬化的诊断价值,为肝硬化的早期临床诊断治疗提供依据。方法选取2017年3月-2019年5月在承德医学院附属医院就诊的CHB患者175例,其中乙型肝炎肝硬化患者52例(肝硬化组),无肝硬化病理改变患者123例(非肝硬化组),再选择同期在本院健康体检的40例健康人群作为正常对照组。检测各组受试者肝功能指标、外周血lncRNA-LET水平。计量资料两组间比较采用t检验;多组间比较采用方差分析,进一步两两比较采用LSD-t检验。计数资料组间比较采用χ2检验。等级资料组间比较采用Kruskal-Wallis H秩和检验。相关性分析采用Pearson相关性分析。采用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC曲线)分析外周血lncRNA-LET对肝硬化的预测价值。结果肝硬化患者以及非肝硬化患者血清肝功能指标TBil、总胆汁酸(TBA)、Alb以及ALT均显著高于正常对照组,而血清胆碱酯酶(ChE)显著低于正常对照组(P值均<0. 05);肝硬化患者血清肝功能指标TBil、TBA、Alb以及ALT均显著高于非肝硬化患者,血清Ch...
