摘要: <正>1病例资料患者男性,69岁,因"右上腹疼痛反复发作伴腹胀"于2015年11月18日入本院,既往史:20年前因外伤脾破裂行脾切除术;否认肝炎、结核等传染病史,无吸烟饮酒嗜好,无家族遗传病史;患者又诉右侧阴囊部坠胀疼痛,体质量减轻1个月,查体:右上腹轻压痛,无反跳痛,胆囊未触及,Murphy征阳性;腹部未触及肿块,左上腹可见一长约7 cm手术瘢痕;右侧阴囊触痛明显,睾丸体积明显增大,质硬,边缘尚光滑,睾丸与附睾界限不清,无压痛; B超示胆囊炎、胆石症;中下腹CT示:升结肠的平脐部可见环形增厚,考虑升结肠癌;结肠镜示:升结肠中段环形肿物,表面呈菜花样,质脆易出血;血清CA19-9、CEA及CA72-4升高,前列腺特异抗原（PSA）正常;彩超示:右侧睾丸内实性结节,结构不清晰,右侧阴囊内实性肿物,血流信号丰富;肝肺未发现异常,分别行胆囊、右半结肠、右侧睾丸及附睾、
