Spontaneous rupture of small hepatic hemangioma: A case report

摘要

摘要: <正>肝血管瘤是最常见的肝脏良性肿瘤,人群发病率为1.5%,男女比例为1.3∶1[1],一般无需处理,血管瘤自发性破裂罕见,一旦突破肝被膜病死率极高,是手术的绝对适应证。破裂血管瘤直径通常>4 cm,有文献报道的最小直径为3 cm。河北省人民医院收治了1例位于肝表面直径为2.5 cm的小血管瘤自发性破裂伴休克患者,应用喷凝止血方法治疗,效果良好,现报道如下。
