Advances in multimodality therapy for hepatocellular carcinoma

  • 摘要: 原发性肝癌是全球范围内最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其中肝细胞癌占据了约90%的病例。包括手术、消融、介入、靶向和免疫治疗在内的多学科综合治疗是肝癌治疗的有效策略。近年来,肝癌的综合治疗取得了令人惊喜的进展,特别是中晚期肝癌的联合治疗以及药物研发的进步,使肝癌患者的整体预后得到大幅改善,靶向药物和免疫治疗的进步更有望改变肝癌的综合治疗模式。现就局部治疗和系统治疗两个大方向系统性地对近期肝癌综合治疗的进展进行论述。
