摘要

摘要: <正>胰源性脂膜炎又称结节性脂肪坏死,是一种与胰腺疾病相关的罕见并发症。最早由Chiari[1]于1883年研究发现。目前国内相关文献报道较少。本文报道本院近期收治的1例胰源性脂膜炎患者,并结合文献对该病的发病机制、临床病理等特点进行探讨,以期加深对该病的认识。1临床资料患者女性,46岁,因"反复腹胀1个月余,加重伴呕吐1周"于2017年12月入院。患者于入院1个月前出现上腹饱胀感,伴双下肢少量散在暗红色结节,呈红斑样,无糜烂及渗
