Recurrence of autoimmune pancreatitis with herpes zoster: A case report

摘要: <正>1病例资料患者男性,62岁,因"间断面黄、目黄7个月"于2018年9月5日入本院。患者入院前7个月无明显诱因出现皮肤黄染,伴间断上腹部胀痛,就诊于吉林大学中日联谊医院,肝功能:AST 46. 75 U/L,ALT 127. 92 U/L,TBil 77. 12μmol/L,DBil34μmol/L,IBil 43. 12μmol/L; IgG4 15. 2 g/L;腹部超声提示:
