Research advances in perioperative management of hilar cholangiocarcinoma

摘要

摘要: 肝门部胆管癌是胆道系统常见的恶性肿瘤,其手术难度较高,对于其规范化诊疗体系仍存有分歧。系统综述了肝门部胆管癌围手术期处理的研究要点进展,包括术前诊断及评估、临床分期、术前准备、手术方式及术后处理等方面。

Abstract: Hilar cholangiocarcinoma ( HCCA) is a common malignant tumor of the biliary system with great difficulties in surgery, and there are still controversies over the standardized diagnosis and treatment system of HCCA. This article reviews the research advances in perioperative management of HCCA, including preoperative diagnosis and evaluation, clinical stage, preoperative preparation, surgical approach, and postoperative management.
