<正>1病例资料患者男性,36岁,因"腹胀12 d,气短4 d"入本院。患者于入院12 d前饮用凉啤酒后出现腹胀,进食后加重,4 d前出现气短,活动后、平卧位加重,伴咳嗽、乏力、盗汗。既往:发现乙型肝炎病原学阳性20年。舅舅有乙型肝炎病史、肺结核病史。否认肿瘤家族史。否认化学制剂接触史。入院查体:体温36. 8℃,脉搏100次/min,呼吸18次/min,血压128/77 mm Hg。神志
