<正>Abernethy畸形即先天性肝外门体分流,为一种罕见的先天畸形,是由于门静脉系统发育异常导致的门静脉与腔静脉之间的异常吻合[1]。1793年Abernethy对1例死因不明的10个月女婴尸体解剖时首次发现并对该病进行了描述。1994年,Morgan和Superina将此病分为两型,Ⅰ型,肝内门静脉缺如,门静脉血完全分流至下腔静脉;Ⅱ型:肝内门静脉发育不良,门静脉血部分回流肝脏。1997年,Howard和Davenport将此病命名为
