A case of non-cirrhotic portal hypertension

摘要:
<正>1病例资料患者女性,36岁,因"脾大30余年,反复呕血、黑便30年,再发1月余"于2018年4月12入本院。患者30余年前自检发现脾大,未予处理。1988年因呕血至当地医院行脾脏切除术（具体报告不详）,予药物、输血等对症治疗后好转。1988-2014年期间有反复呕血、黑便,约1～2次/年,外院胃镜提示食管静脉曲张,予药物、输血等对症治疗后好转。近1个月来反复出现黑便
